What is inside it?+
One moulded piece of slow rebound memory foam. The foam springs back to shape in roughly 3 to 5 seconds after pressure comes off it.
Can the cover be washed?+
Yes. The outer knit cover is removable and machine washable. The memory foam core itself is not put through the machine.
Which way round does it go?+
The broad panel with the small round dimple takes the back of the head, and the stepped lower tier sits nearest your shoulders. Turn the whole pillow round to swap between the lower and the higher side.
Is it any good for side sleeping?+
The raised outer wings are there for exactly that. They sit either side of the head so the cheek rests on foam, and the recess under the wing gives you somewhere to tuck an arm.
