The soft gel is built into the wrap itself, so there is no insert to slide in and nothing to take out. The outer face is a high elastic elastane with a fine knit texture and a matte finish.

For a cold wrap, seal it in a freezer bag and leave it in the freezer for one to two hours before putting it on. For a warm one, heat it in the microwave in short bursts of a minute or less, and let it cool if it ever feels too warm.
