Memory foam all the way through

Under the gel plate the body of the pillow is one solid block of memory foam. Press the side wall and the dent holds for a moment before it fills back in.

A hidden zip set behind a double stitched edge runs along one side, so the cover comes away in one piece and the foam core slides straight out.

The cover washes, the core does not

Unzip the cover, slide the core out and hand wash the cover on its own in a mild detergent, leaving it in the water no longer than three minutes.

Is the gel a separate pad or part of the pillow?+
It is moulded into the top face of the foam core, so there is nothing to insert, nothing to remove and nothing that can slide about.
Is there gel on both faces?+
No. The gel plate is on the top face only. Turn the pillow over and the underside is plain memory foam.
What are the two different heights for?+
One raised side stands 10cm and the other 6cm. Turn the pillow round and use whichever of the two suits the way you lie.
Does the cover come off?+
Yes. A hidden zip runs along one side behind a double stitched edge, so the cover lifts off in one piece and the core slides out.
How do I wash it?+
Hand wash the cover on its own in a mild detergent and leave it in the water no longer than three minutes. The memory foam core is not washed, and it is dried somewhere cool rather than in direct sun.
