Full body

One foam roller, every major muscle

A single foam roller works the legs, back, shoulders and arms, so the same piece of kit covers a full warm up or cool down instead of buying a separate tool for each muscle group.

  • Quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes
  • Lie back over it and work along the length
  • One shape covers the upper body too

The surface

The moulded grid, up close

The barrel is moulded EVA foam raised into a grid of small blocks in staggered rows, with wider smooth bars running the length of the roller between the bands of blocks. The circle magnifies it, so you can see that the blocks are rounded on top and the channels between them are deep.

  • Matrix floating surface, small blocks in staggered rows
  • Low arc blocks, rounded on top rather than sharp spikes
  • Wider smooth bars run lengthwise between the block bands

The build

An EVA shell over a rigid hollow core

The foam is moulded in one piece around a rigid hollow core, which is what keeps the roller light enough to carry and still stiff enough to hold its shape under your full body weight.

  • One piece EVA shell moulded over the core
  • Rigid hollow core holds its shape and cuts the weight
  • Rated for a 200kg safe load

Everyday routine

Five minutes before or after training

It sits flat on any floor or mat, so it fits into a warm up before a workout or a cool down afterwards without needing a bench, a wall or any other equipment.

  • Fits into a warm up on any floor
  • Or a cool down once you are done
  • No batteries, no charging, no cables

Four sizes

Pick the length and diameter

Every roller has the same textured grid surface, so the only choice is length, diameter and weight. The 30 x 8cm is the slimmest at 250g, the 33 x 14cm is the all round size at 630g, and the 45 x 14cm is the longest at 880g. Black, pink and blue are made in all four sizes.

  • 30 x 8cm at 250g, or 30 x 10cm at 390g
  • 33 x 14cm at 630g, the all round size
  • 45 x 14cm at 880g, the longest

One roller.
Every muscle.

A textured EVA foam roller for the legs, back, shoulders and arms, in four sizes and four colours, ready for a warm up or a cool down on any floor.

Frequently asked questions

What is the surface texture like?+
A raised grid of small blocks moulded into the EVA foam in staggered rows, rather than a smooth tube, so it works the muscle as you roll instead of just sliding across it. The blocks are low and rounded, not sharp spikes.
What sizes does it come in?+
Four length and diameter options: 30 x 8cm at 250g, 30 x 10cm at 390g, 33 x 14cm at 630g and 45 x 14cm at 880g. The size guide is the last image in the gallery.
Which size should I choose?+
A 30cm roller is the one that fits in a gym bag, and the 45 x 14cm is the one that spans the full width of your back or the length of a thigh. The 33 x 14cm sits in between.
Which muscles can I use it on?+
One shape covers the whole body. It is commonly used on the quads, hamstrings, calves and glutes, along the back and shoulders, and on the arms, as part of a warm up or a cool down.
How much weight can it take?+
It is rated to hold up to 200kg, so it comfortably supports full body weight while you roll.
Is the roller solid or hollow?+
The outer shell is one piece of moulded EVA foam over a rigid hollow core. That is what keeps it light without letting it lose its shape under weight.
