Frequently asked questions

Is it corded or does it need charging?+
It is mains corded. A plain black cable leaves the base of the grip and it runs from a UK plug socket.
What attachments are included?+
Five: two flat styling nozzles, one round diffuser and two slim styling wands.
How do the attachments fit?+
They are magnetic. Each one has a chrome mounting ring at its base that meets the chrome ring on the front of the barrel, so it clips on, pulls off and turns to any angle with one hand.
Can I use the diffuser for curly hair?+
Yes. The round diffuser has a ring of short blunt prongs on its face and clips on the same way as the nozzles.
What is the round window on the side of the barrel?+
A small display window set flush in a polished chrome bezel on the side of the barrel, facing you while you hold the dryer.
Can the filter be cleaned?+
Yes. The inlet cap at the back of the barrel is fine metal mesh with a knurled rim. Twist it off, clear the lint that has collected on it and twist it back on.
Why is it shaped like a T?+
The barrel sits straight across the top of the grip instead of hanging forward of it, so the weight of the tool stays over your hand while you dry.
What colour does it come in?+
Black. The body, the grip, the cable and all five attachments are matte black, with polished dark chrome on the outlet ring, the inlet cap rim, the display bezel and the collar at the base of the grip.
