The abdominal binder is a single long wrap. Four separate flaps fold across the front, each with its own hook and loop patch, so you can press one a little firmer and leave another looser instead of pulling the whole band to one setting.

The wrap sections are an open knit dotted with rows of small holes, so the parts sitting against your sides and lower back are not a solid sheet of fabric. The whole band is polyester and weighs about 310 g.

Find your size
Sizes go by the measurement all the way around your abdomen, at the point where the band will sit. Take it with a soft tape, keep the tape level, and stand relaxed. If you land between two sizes, the larger one leaves more room to work with.
All four colours come in the same four sizes. Inch figures are rounded from the centimetre ranges.
