Gel ice pack wrapped around an ankle on a sofa
Ankle wrap

An ice pack that wraps around your ankle

Put your foot up, sit back and let the pack sit where you put it. The contoured gel panel curves around the ankle and the wide elastic strap holds it there, so you are not holding anything in place with your hand.

  • Contoured gel panel
  • Curves around the ankle
  • Nothing to hold in place
Cold pack shape, notch and elastic strap
The shape

A cold pack shaped to curve round the joint

The pouch is moulded into soft rounded gel segments with a curved notch cut into the top centre, so it folds around a joint instead of lying flat against it. The shell is smooth PVC and the strap is a wide black elastic band with a hook and loop tip.

  • Segmented gel pouch
  • Curved notch in the centre
  • Smooth PVC outer shell

Wrist wrap

The same ice pack fits around your wrist

Lay the pouch over the back of the wrist, bring the strap around and press it down. It sits close to the arm, so you can carry on typing, reading or holding your phone while you are wearing it.

  • Wraps the wrist and back of the hand
  • One strap to fasten
  • Slim enough to keep working
Chill the gel pack in the freezer and use it again
Chill and reuse

Chill the cold compress and use it again

Lay the pack flat in the freezer, take it out when you want it and wrap it back on. The gel stays soft and flexible once it is cold, and it goes straight back in the freezer afterwards, ready for the next time.

  • Chills in the freezer
  • Stays flexible when cold
  • Refreeze and use again

  • Navy, royal, sky blue or black
  • Lies flat in a freezer drawer

Frequently asked questions

Where on the body can I use it?+
It is shaped for the ankle and for the wrist. The panel curves around the joint and the elastic strap holds it there, so it works on either one.
How do I put it on?+
Lay the gel pouch over the ankle or the wrist, take the long elastic band around, then press the hook and loop tip down onto the band to hold it.
How do I chill it?+
Lay the pack flat in the freezer or the fridge until it is cold, then take it out and wrap it on. There is nothing to plug in and nothing to fill.
Can I warm it up instead?+
No. This is a cold pack. Chill it in the freezer or the fridge, then wrap it back on. It is not made to be heated.
What is it made from?+
A smooth PVC pouch filled with gel, with one wide black elastic band and a hook and loop tip to fasten it.
Can I use it more than once?+
Yes. Once it has warmed up, put the pack back in the freezer and it is ready for the next time you want it.
